Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is very different from what I expected online, but it still has some positives like having a balcony. The room was very dark and noisy due to constant movement on the terrace which was annexed to the hotel.
The hotel offers stunning sea views from the balcony, comfortable rooms, and a quiet location. The staff is fantastic, making the stay enjoyable. The dining options are a bit limited but the breakfast is good.
The hotel has a comfortable atmosphere, with some dated rooms but air conditioning to combat the hot summers. I faced an issue with the bathroom that caused water to accumulate, requiring me to use towels to manage it. The location, although a bit further from the main center, offers stunning views overlooking the water and Positano.
The hotel offers well-equipped rooms with amazing ocean views. The rooms are as depicted in the photos, but the upscale experience comes at a higher price. The service is friendly and helpful, though some aspects could be more proactive. The location is bright and convenient for accessing the beach and main areas, but not as private due to proximity to the restaurant. The dining experience is delicious but falls a bit short of a higher-star rating. Overall, a luxurious choice with some trade-offs.
The hotel overlooks the dramatic bay and town of Positano on the Amalfi Coast, offering a perfect relaxing holiday with bright surroundings. The location is just slightly above the beach and Positano Center, providing easy access to the beach and sun terraces. However, the rooms had a small balcony where my husband couldn't stretch his legs, were dark and noisy, but did provide a queen size and twin bed for comfort.
Our stay at the hotel was wonderful! The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the view from our balcony was fantastic. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our experience truly memorable. However, the dining experience, although varied, had an extra charge for coffee and cappuccino. The location was outstanding, offering a serene atmosphere close to Fornillo Beach and the main center square.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were decorated in my personal favorite colors, clean, and beautiful, but being near the common balcony where other guests walked by could be a bit of a downside. The local delis were a convenient plus.
The hotel has beautiful traditional hand-painted Italian furniture in the rooms, which were very clean and comfortable. Although there was a problem with the bathroom flooding, I had to put towels on the floor, but overall, a cozy stay. The service was exceptionally kind and polite, from receptionists to waiters. The location offers a great jacuzzi, sun beds, and drink service with stunning views of Positano, even though it was a bit hard to reach with too many steps. The dining experience was rich with a variety of choices during breakfast on the sunny terrace overlooking the ocean. Overall, a good value for money.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms, although facing a noisy terrace, offered stunning views of the sea and Positano's countryside. They were well equipped with a full kitchen, lots of seating, and a spacious bathroom, but a bit too warm for my liking. The location, atop many stairs and a bit out of the way, still provided a relax way to access beaches and the town. The service was attentive, offering various amenities, but it required more walking than expected. The dining was standard, albeit fantastic, with limited vegetarian options.
The hotel offered spotlessly clean rooms, but there were issues with the bathroom and flooding. The staff was welcoming and friendly, providing excellent service, including assistance with luggage. The location was bright and beautiful, with some proximity to attractions but far from the main town. Dining was satisfactory but basic, meeting expectations for the price. Overall, a mixed experience with some positive and negative aspects.
The hotel had an amazing view, and the unit located outside was well-equipped but being moved until after midnight was a downside. The service was attentive, friendly, and helpful overall. The dining experience was lacking but the grilled meat was highlighted as a positive. The facilities were not specifically commented on.
